Jeff started with Skill and Ability in December 2023 as a contingent vocational support coach. Prior to Skill and Ability, Jeff's always had an interest in communication and instruction and has worked as a writer/director/producer of instructional films (as well as marketing videos and TV commercials) and production house owner. His career has included work as Communications Analyst at Catherine McAuley Health System, and Outreach Coordinator for the Wayne State University EcoCar2 team.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys listening to music and playing guitar, traveling, photography, gardening, fitness and health promotion. He has two sons, three grandchildren, and 15 year old cat, Buddy.
