The M Den Distribution Center, warehouse for local M Den stores, handles all of the University of Michigan fan apparel sent to their stores, fills online orders and preps materials for sale at local UM sports events, namely the Big House (Michigan Stadium). The M Den and Skill and Ability Education have partnered for employment related services since the summer of 2019. These have mainly included individualized and small group work experiences in which participants have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working in the warehouse. Typical tasks include sizing, folding, tagging and organizing a variety of shirts, hats, hoodies, jackets, everything Michigan! Occasionally, these work experiences have later transitioned into part-time, seasonal employment with M Den during their busier times of the year.

M Den Distribution Center has been accommodating and inclusive of client needs since the partnership started nearly 5 years ago. With each participant or small group working at the M Den, their staff accommodates participant needs and welcomes each person as part of their warehouse team. Of particular note, summer work experiences at the warehouse have been mutually beneficial, highly valuable experiences, with participants working as a small team in order to prepare thousands of items for each upcoming University of Michigan football season.
