Inclusion is the standard

We provide a variety of services to individuals with disabilities seeking to develop skills necessary to achieve employment. In addition to the services listed below, we use a customized approach to meet individual needs. Please contact us for more information.

Job Placement

We work with individuals to explore jobs and careers that match their strengths and interests. Using a strengths-based approach, we collaborate with clients and employers to provide access to opportunities for competitive,  integrated employment.

Vocational Certifications

We support individuals in obtaining various industry recognized credentials to support success with securing and advancing in employment. 

Work Readiness Training

Workshop to support success in employment, including:

  • Career Exploration

  • Self-Advocacy Training

  • Social Skills Support

  • Resume Writing

  • Interview Preparation and Practice

  • Professional Skill Building

  • Certification Training Workshops

Work Based Learning 

We collaborate with local businesses and organizations to develop meaningful, hands-on work experiences, while providing on-site support in order to promote personal and professional growth. These experiences are paid opportunities and prepare participants for future competitive employment.

Vocational Evaluation

We support individauls in completing an interest inventory and identifying strengths and interests. Through a vocational evaluation, participants learn about the local labor market to help determine an employment goal aligned with strengths and interests. 

On-the-Job Evaluations

Through participating in paid, temporary employment at worksites in the community, we evaluate a variety of employment related skills. These evaluations provide insight into strengths, identify barriers and interests. Evaluations are customized based on individual vocational goals 

Skill Building 

We support individuals in building soft skills that will support success in future employment. These community based services support individuals in travel training, communication, time management and team building. 

Post-Secondary Exploration

Individuals have the opportunity to learn about and tour post-secondary institutions to prepare for a career in their desired field. Prospective students also learn about accessing services for students with disabilities, application for admission, placement testing, and financial aid as part of post-secondary exploration.
