Vocational Support: Rylee Clairday

Rylee started at Skill and Ability as an intern in January 2025. She has gained experience with work readiness and job development services, and now serves as a contingent vocational support coach. Rylee earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University. Rylee then graduated from the University of Michigan where she earned her Master of Social Work degree with a focus on Community Change and Policy and Political Social Work.
Rylee has worked with individuals with disabilities since 2016. She consistently utilizes a strengths-based approach, centering each person’s skills, goals, and preferences to support meaningful, individualized outcomes. She is passionate about fostering skill development, promoting inclusive employment opportunities, and advocating for equitable access to community resources. In her free time, Rylee enjoys horseback riding, reading, and working on home-improvement projects. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and going on adventures.
