Mixie (They/He) joined the Skill and Ability team in March of 2025 as an Inclusion Specialist. They are always excited to help others and they enjoy the connection that comes from assisting individuals in reaching their personal goals, both in the workplace and everyday life. Mixie is on the Autism Spectrum and uses their own experience of navigating the world as a neurodivergent person to assist others to explore methods of skill building that set them up for success in any environment.

Mixie graduated from James Madison University in Virginia in May 2023 with a degree in Anthropology and a minor in Educational Media. Skill and Ability has been a perfect fit for not only by being able to incorporate former experiences in customer service, but also through using experiences of cultural relativism to keep an open mind to new ideas and experiences when interacting with others.

In their free time, Mixie enjoys indulging in their special interests like the TV shows Supernatural and Criminal Minds or films from Studio Ghibli. They also enjoy attending fan conventions and cosplaying, as well as cuddling with their cat, Bibble.
