Maria joined the Skill & Ability team as an Inclusion Specialist in April of 2025. Maria has a background in intensive case management, focused on housing and skill building. They have always been interested in supporting clients with identifying and achieving their goals. Their approach has been one of compassion and rooted in self-determination; Maria enjoys assisting clients with small, positive changes, as well as long-term goals to improve quality of life.

Maria is a big fan of Star Wars and spends much of their free-time painting. They also enjoy drinking dirty chai lattes, hiking, and reading nonfiction books.
