TEAM SPOTLIGHT

Vocational Support: Kristin Francis

Kristin Francis

Kristin started with Skill and Ability in the summer of 2018 as a contingent job coach, providing job site training, summer work experiences, and work readiness workshops in local high schools. She uses a person-centered approach and creative thinking to help facilitate meaningful vocational experiences for individuals in the community.

Kristin earned her bachelor of science degree from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. She spent years working in customer service and sales, developing a passion for working with people. She was part of a small start-up team building an online platform to help individuals struggling with addiction before landing with Skill and Ability, where she feels a sense of purpose and belonging.

In her free time Kristin enjoys family activities, traveling back west to enjoy the mountains, practicing yoga, baking muffins, and being of service to others.
