Kim started at Skill & Ability Education in fall of 2019 as a Contingent Job Coach, transitioned to a Vocational Support Coordinator position and is now the Manager of Vocational Support.

Before starting at Skill & Ability, Kim supported students with study skills in Boise, Idaho and taught English as a foreign language to high school students in Nagasaki, Japan.  Kim holds degrees from the University of Michigan and Eastern Michigan University.

Kim was inspired to work in vocational rehabilitation by her uncle, who was born sighted and developed blindness in childhood. From a young age, Kim witnessed the barriers and successes in his life, including in his career as an attorney.

In her free time, Kim loves to spend time with her family, learn new things, read, and travel.

"I love working with others everyday to make progress toward goals. I'm personally fulfilled working in this field and hope to be contributing to a better future for us all."
