Skill & Ability

Genoa started at Skill and Ability as an Inclusion Specialist July 2025. Genoa comes to us from Canada where she was a personal support worker in a long-term care facility. She also has an extensive background in teaching, coaching and playing volleyball at the collegiate level. Genoa studied physical education and health at the University of Dayton. 

Genoa is passionate about helping individuals reach their personal goals, achieve success and true potential. Genoa believes in advocating for those who do not always have a voice. 

Outside of work, Genoa enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, going to sporting events and staying physically active.
