Skill & Ability

Gabriel (he/him) started working at Skill and Ability in April 2026. He graduated from Kalamazoo College with a focus in Spanish, Sociology, and Environmental Studies. What motivated Gabriel to join the staff at Skill and Ability was the organization's commitment to inclusion for all people, regardless of their barriers to work or engage socially.

 

Through his work, Gabriel aims to create a more harmonious environment for everyone. Connecting with clients where they are and learning who they are personally brings Gabriel joy in his work. His primary hobbies include exercising (primarily through playing basketball), reading, practicing his Spanish skills, and playing board games.
